At Perpetual Butterfly, we believe that community outreach is vital for strengthening ties, amplifying voices, and improving access to resources. Our commitment is embodied in the LPL Ripple Effect Foundation, which supports communities by helping to bridge gaps in communities through outreach and addressing environmental trauma at both individual and community levels.

We accomplish this by contributing to community development and enhance the well-being of individuals, youth, families, and the broader community. Our impactful change aims to foster stronger communities through our various initiatives, which include:

• Youth Empowerment Partnership Program (YEP Program): Our YEP Program is designed to empower and uplift local youth by providing essential support, mentorship, and resources. Through engaging activities and educational opportunities, we aim to foster leadership skills and encourage personal growth among young community members. • WCK Community Cares: This initiative offers support and resources to individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. We provide Care kits with compassionate supplies that also include resources connection to local food, shelter, essential services, and supplies offering those in need access to care and support necessary to improve their circumstances.

• Community Collaborative Partnership Outreach Initiatives: Through collaborative efforts with local organizations and stakeholders, our outreach initiatives aim to address various community needs and enhance overall well-being. By partnering with others, we work to create sustainable solutions and strengthen the fabric of our communities.
