YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
The Y.E.P. Program recognizes that young people are the leaders of tomorrow. By fostering leadership abilities, wellness practices, and crisis management skills, we aim to build a community of resilient individuals ready to face challenges and drive positive change.

1. Leadership and Crisis Response Training:

Youth Partners are equipped with tools, resources, and best practice skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives. The goal is not only for Youth Partners to learn leadership and crisis response skills but also to empower them to take those skills and be leaders in their own way at their perspective schools, groups, organizations, and in life.

Program Schedule:
The Y.E.P. Program operates from August through June and takes a break during the summer months. This schedule allows participants to engage fully throughout the academic year, providing continuous development and support.
