A full-day, total-sensory, immersive training designed to help teams move beyond quick stress relief into lasting regulation, resilience, and renewed collaboration. This experience blends somatic (body-based) tools, guided sensory practices, reflective integration, and team-based application so participants learn how to recover from intensity, prevent burnout patterns, and show up with steadiness and clarity—even in high-demand environments. The full day allows time to practice skills more deeply, apply them to real team dynamics, and build sustainable routines the team can continue using long after the session.
